07070809 ＳＴ系ベアリング交換　（ぱなやん編）

　ぱなやんＳＰ（ＳＴ系）のフロントブレーキ＆フロントベアリング交換を
　実施しました。

　まずは、フロントホイルの取り外し作業

　ホイルを外した状態のフロントハブ

　国産ベアリング

　ＮＡＣＨＩ　６２０３　４個

　ＳＴ系ベアリングは、前後同じサイズなので、ハマチＳＰのようにボッ
　クスレンチでの叩き出しは出来ません。

　ベアリングを外そうとベアリングプーラーを試みましたが・・・・
　（゜ロ゜；）エェッ！？
　カラーでプラーの爪がベアリングに架からない。
　プーラーは不用でした。　（；´д｀）トホホ

　カラーのすき間から、鉄棒で少しずつ叩き出します。

　（使用した鉄棒は、先が細いタイプです。）

　※　大きなハンマーで一撃に叩きます。

  片方のベアリングが取れれば、ボックスレンチ（２１㎜）を先に付けて
　ハンマーで叩き出します。
　※作業が困難になり、写真撮る時間がありませんでした。

　写真左２個が中華ベアリング

　一番右側が国産ベアリング

　ベアリングをハブに入れて、当て木をしてハンマーで叩き込みます。

　ハブ裏側

　ベアリングを奥まで叩くために、取り外したベアリングの外側の
　カラーをグラインダーで一回り削ります。
　※よく、削らないとベアリングが抜けなくなるのでご注意を！
　※削っていると、かなり熱を持ちますので、定期的に水につけて
　　冷却して下さい。　

削ったベアリングで作成したアダプターを新しいベアリングの上に
当てて叩き込みます。

　ベアリング脱着完了　(￣。￣)ホーーォ。

　しかし、暑かった・・・・　　

　夏の作業は苦痛かも　 o(;△;)o エーン

　ハブを取り付けて完成　　（ｖ^ー゜）
